All our products are designed to have your custom design printed on the fabric – so you’ll need to provide graphic files for us to use. You can either supply a file preformatted for the entire fabric, or alternatively you can provide us with individual vector graphics and we can prepare the full design for you.

• Let us know your design requirements, along with any graphics files you already have. We have template guides for you to use if you wish to prepare your graphic ahead of time. Otherwise, we can advise on best practices for elements such as logo placement, text size and resolution.
• We’ll provide you with draft mock-ups of your design, so that you can see how your design will look on the deckchair fabric. We can even provide a 3D modelled draft so you can see how the design works on the curve of the seat! For large orders, samples can be provided. In this case, a deposit will be required that will be credited to the final order amount.
• Once your design is finalised, we will print the fabric and assemble the products.
• Most orders are shipped via pallet due to the size of the chairs. If you order a small quantity, then we can also arrange a courier delivery. We’ll work with you to ensure that your chairs are delivered in a way that suits you. Alternatively you can pick up your order from our Chichester workshop at your convenience!

Design Advice

Full colour printing is available across the entire fabric. We use dye-sublimation to offer the best possible quality. We can advise on design suitability and reccommend edits, or provide assistance if you require help with your design. Please ensure that any designs use vector graphics or have a bitmap quality of at least 300 dpi. Please note that the maximum viewable area of the fabric is smaller than the printed area, as some of the fabric is folded at the ends during production.  The suitable viewable area for Oak Royal deckchairs is approximately 55 cm x 121 cm.

Care Instructions

Our deckchairs are made of solid hardwood and are designed for use both indoors and outdoors. Deckchairs can be used and stored outside – if being stored for long periods keep the fabric in a dry location. All of our deckchairs have a maximum weight capacity rating for safety purposes. Cotton fabric seats must stored in a clean and dry place and washed if exposed to harsh weather conditions. An optional additional weather resistant wood varnish is available. Please note that the colour of the wood is expected to change as the chair ages.
