How we get the personal information and why we have it

In order to use some of the services on our website, we need to collect personal data. To meet the requirements of the EU legislation we need to inform you which data we collect. We are also obligated to inform you about the protection of the data. The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Direct marketing means the use of an individual’s personal data for the purpose of offering goods, service, event invitations, employment options, … either by e-mail, phone or the post.

We may share this information with our production and delivery partners so that they may be able to assist us complete your order.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your information for the period by which your order or enquiry is completed or fulfilled, and for any contract or warranty term thereafter. We will then dispose your information by secure methods.

We undertake to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with the relevant legislative requirements. We keep the following data of the online store members for an indefinite period of time: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the merchant. By purchasing or registering in the online store, the buyer allows the merchant to store, process and use personal data provided on the online form until revoked for the following purposes: for telephone, written and electronic notification of news and offers, event invitations, customer segmentation, surveys, statistical processing. Under no circumstances will the buyer ‘s data be passed on to unauthorized persons.

For online store guests, we will keep personal data only for the time until the order is completed, the following online store guest data: name and surname, e-mail address, contact phone, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive merchant. After the order has been filled in, only the data related to the individual order are stored, which can only be accessed by knowing the account number and the order number.

The online store may also automatically collect some information about your computer’s hardware and software. This information includes: IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and addresses of websites you have visited in the merchant’s online store.

Newsletter subscription

All users have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, where we keep them posted on our current offers and new products. Subscription is completely voluntary and is not conditioned to demand or sending us a message through the contact form. Subscription confirmation is performed by the user confirming the return e-mail after subscribing. That way it is ensured that the account user is the actual subscriber. The user can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Subscription is only possible through a web form or on demand.

Anonymity of users and personal data

For the purpose of analysis and determining the website’s operation, server log files are being recorded. These do not cover any personal data.
